Mission

Cal Poly Pomona Bronco Space's mission is to prototype and execute tests for the Cube Satellite (CubeSat) to be ready for flight and develop systems programs, and infrastructure to provide technical and programmatic training to its members. Bronco Space will develop a framework for the creation of the future generation of the space industry of pre-college and undergraduate students.

Knowledge Applied

Cal Poly Pomona's Learn by Doing philosophy is Bronco Space's cornerstone of learning, team-building, and hands-on approach. Projects within Bronco Space allow students to roll up their sleeves and experience industry standards first-hand. We invite our students to participate in all aspects of each program, where they can learn and develop relationships with their peers.

SPACE FOR ALL

We are proud to host a wide variety of engineering and non-engineering undergraduate and graduate students within our programs. From aerospace engineering to computer science to architecture, Bronco Space is anchored on the value of interdisciplinary research and learning. Our openness to all majors allows Bronco Space to expand beyond the scope of engineering and provide students with a unique learning experience.
